Landscapes.

Been working on some landscape digital paintings lately. Trying to get better and backgrounds since I am terrible at them. Its really sad. What type of artist am I hiding away from a challenge?

The Taking Tree.
The colours were fun and I feel this style...is really me. I sense my personality in it, however cheesy that sounds. The theme of a powerful nature being, like a tree, taking back its earth is a very appealing to me. Its one of my fave story types which explains why I loved Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.

The Barely-There Cave.

Using the complementary colours of purple and yellow, I made s moss covered cave. I used no reference because A) I am lazy and B) I wanted to design something on my own. I think it came out well but the influence if Ani-R is beyond obvious. Ani is one of my absolute favorite artists. A huge inspiration and one that truly makes me appreciate landscapes.

My colouring style has been changing a lot lately, huh? Its exciting to me!

Anyway I'm off to pick up my car that after three months is finally fixed! :D
