Landscapes.

Been working on some landscape digital paintings lately. Trying to get better and backgrounds since I am terrible at them. Its really sad. What type of artist am I hiding away from a challenge?

The Taking Tree.
The colours were fun and I feel this style...is really me. I sense my personality in it, however cheesy that sounds. The theme of a powerful nature being, like a tree, taking back its earth is a very appealing to me. Its one of my fave story types which explains why I loved Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.

The Barely-There Cave.

Using the complementary colours of purple and yellow, I made s moss covered cave. I used no reference because A) I am lazy and B) I wanted to design something on my own. I think it came out well but the influence if Ani-R is beyond obvious. Ani is one of my absolute favorite artists. A huge inspiration and one that truly makes me appreciate landscapes.

My colouring style has been changing a lot lately, huh? Its exciting to me!

Anyway I'm off to pick up my car that after three months is finally fixed! :D

Burnt Out

Drew an art trade with Aummy:

More Practice Art

Just trying new things in art. This one was limited colour palette.

There are some issues but I'm rather satisfied with this one. I only used 5 colors to paint this one.

No, reggie, no man sex for you.

Homestuck

Homestuck's a pretty nifty webcomic. All of you should read it: HOMESTUCK

Ok so i'm on spring break. hanging at moms. Blah blah. Not much to talk about. I already know this break won't last long enough for me. Work 9 hours tomorrow, sigh, oh well, money.

OKAY ART:

Aummy's original character, Aisha. Done for an art trade with her. LOOKIT WHAT SHE DRAW FOR ME:

ITS FUEGO :D. look at how handsome he looks!

Diamonds Droog from The Midnight Crew intermission from Homestuck. This one was really fun. Been a while since I've done subtractions. Done for an art trade with Maril.

And last, but not least, Karkat from Homestuck. This one was fun to work on. Done for an art trade with  Aummy.

I am still taking requests guys. They give me breaks from the bigger cgs.

Requests= Complete

Plenty of art today. I didn't do much today. Just draw. And sleep. Last night I watched How to Train a Dragon. It was a really good movie! I recommend it to anyone!

Anyway the requests. Reggie asked for me to draw Muerte, my oc.

So here's Muerte, in the right, with her older brother Fuego. They both deal with fire. Its all good. This was before Fuego was hunted down and his powers were sealed. It was really fun drawing the two of them together! :D

The next drawing is for Emiro! She asked me to draw the main characters from Crack High, an old webcomic of mine that I killed off due to it being too stupid. The main characters were my character Garnet, Aumji's Ren, and Emiro's Kishou. They are all massive goobers. In this image I went for trying to be dramatically goobery. Or Kishou just ruining everything.

And yes they are males wearing skirts. You hatin'?

Just click to enlarge the image! Ren's hair (the right most figure) kicked my ass. Also that hallway was so lazily done it hurts LOL .

And now for a new segment on my blog: WHAT I FUCKING WORE TODAY. This is what I wore today. An old shirt that is actually too big for me, running pants, and my hair was so bed-heady it looked like Katrina went through it.

LOOK AT THAT WONDERFUL HAIR AND THOSE GLORIOUS BAGS UNDER MY YES. truly magnificent.

Still taking requests so don't be afraid to ask for something. I won't tell you if I'll make you a sketch or a mini-cg. Depends on my mood with it.

Snow

I am so tired of the snow. Every time the snow begins to melt we get another storm. Ugh, fuck off lake effect snow. No one loves you.

Besides that, Spring Break is in a week and I cannot fucking wait oh my god i am desperate to sleep.

I also spent the whole day drawing, which its been a while since i've done that. Though not on things I should have (sorry hannah! D: ).

Art for today:

My latest digital painting. The image on deviantart: A Trip to the Beach . This image was interesting to work on. I tried a completely new colouring technique. I think it was very successful, especially on her shirt. This is a very old character of mine named Liza. She is an agent. She is a girly girl. Yeah.

Altair from Assassin's Creed! Manly man.

Taking requests right now. Ask me to sketch something for you and I will!

Thinking of taking commissions in the future, still thinking of fair prices. Hm.

Also: JUST REMEMBER YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL <3.

Clive Tarvish

My character Clive from an RP with Emiri, and Hannapoo. Did some super simple colouring. This is my interpretation of cellshading LOL. Went with a more American comic book style on this one and I think i was successful? Oh well. I sorta like it.

Spring break in a week. I can do this. *back to drowning in homework*
